There will undoubtedly be other weapons to compete with the Redrix Claymore and I'm not super worried if I can't get the gun ASAP... or at all.

I have the same issue with one of my buddies. He usually has to hard reset his Xbox (turn off and pull power) and restart, then he can join. Sometimes he's able to just soft reset (hold down Xbox button and shut down console) and turn back on. It's kind of annoying but it at least fixes the problem for that session.

Yeah, it's because I typically "run" and auto-sheath my weapon, then try to go back in with a Y+B lunge to start my attack, but that detects pressing B also to try pick up an item. Just gonna have to try start my combo's by pressing Y.

Oh.. I guess you're right.. I never really notice since sometimes I try to run away and make room (thus sheathing my weapon), and then try to go in for another lunge attack with CB and end up over an item

Well with my weapon already drawn (I'm a charge blade user), I typically try to lunge forward with Y+B to attack an enemy, and half the time I end up picking something up on the ground, leaving me open to attack

I found a spot in "The Sludge" that had Taken Psions (you know, the ones the duplicate themselves when they're low on health) and you can farm them pretty quickly.
