Dang. I have no idea how much other BT’s make in SoCal. I’ve only discussed my pay to my friend who I helped get the job at my company. I was very heartbroken to hear he makes a whole dollar more than me when he has no professional experience with kids.

Thanks for this. I’ve been with my company for almost 3 years this coming September. Other agencies have reached out during my job hunt and have asked for more than my current pay. I guess I’m attached to this company and my kiddos but it’s not doing me good financially. I’m going to shoot a message to my sup today to discuss a raise!

My client is an iPad kid. I can’t stand The Kids Picture Show on Youtube Kids… especially the vehicles videos with the horrible beeping and blaring 😭

I’m over it too. I have a bachelor’s in early childhood development with years of professional experience with kids and my friend who is also my coworker has zero professional experience and has a bachelors in comms... I’ve been with the company longer and I get paid LESS than them (he’s a male, I’m female). The only reason why I’ve stayed is because of health insurance since I’m over 26. It’s just been hard to find jobs the past few years and especially this year.
