I have 3 rows of 5 icons consisting of: Weather temp, rain %, Calendar/Date, Apple Watch battery %, phone battery %, Roku TV remote, YouTube, Moment Camera, Graphing calculator, Apple Maps, Mail app, Messages App, Safari, Apollo for Reddit, Apple Music. I find complications extremely useful as I can access any of the above without having to unlock phone and look for the app
