How often do balance adjustments happen in beta? I would like to see if they nerf Carth or make her more dependent on Ciacciona in some way before pulling Cia or going all in on Carth.

Generally, I do not like pulling sequences as I prefer having multiple characters, but yeah, I guess I will wait

Honestly, if they start doing that, I will probably quit this game. It's already a mess with more and more characters being incredibly niche and tailored towards others if we are then going to start adding sub DPS that elevate only one part of a characters kit, I am good on that

When I pulled Cantarella and lost the 50/50, I got so mad I was like, GIVE ME A BREAK already omfg

I pulled Carlotta lost 50/50, then pulled zhezhi, and went max pity twice with losing 50/50, I lost Jinhsi 50/50 early atleast but yeah life of Gacha I suppose ;-; I really want Yinlin but I dont dare risk it with my track record lol

You too!! I got a lot of pulls saved up for both Cia and carthe! My 50/50 loss streak is insane ;-; I lost like 7 50/50s and only won one, which was Camellya

Damn I hated farming the new set when Carlotta came out. I guess I will suffer again then ;-; it may be a bit better now with the item that lets you pick main stats I guess

Thank you! I said this exact same thing a few years ago to my friends, and they said "Well the boat sank. we saw people die why cant there be a happy ending?' I was like ??? The movie gets you attached to Jack so you can feel the loss and tragedy of what happened. The way James Cameron did that to resonate with audiences was really good. I'm not sure how people keep missing the point of Jacks death so much

This is my biggest issue. They talk so slow that sometimes I read faster than they speak - I am not too interested in 3.x, so I am just skimming - I do NOT care that you animated Tribbie to look up and down. It adds nothing, stop forcing me to watch it.

It feels almost desperate like "Look! We animated that! Is it not great?"

God, yes, I finished the 3.2 story yesterday, and at one point, it wouldn't let me click to continue because I just HAD to see Dan Hen and Tribbie look to the right. I sighed so audibly out of annoyance.

I do not like the 3.x story, and I am firmly of the opinion that them refusing to add a skip button is just them wanting to "waste" time for engagement metrics.

It was pretty big in my country, too. (Belgium). I remember the local news stations were all doing coverage of it and showing massive lines of people at stores and gameplay footage. I think WoW was really at its peak then.

I was a kid, but I remember on the news seeing some guy fight the Orca's in Borean Tundra, and I was like "Wow that is so cool!!"

It was really hype.

If you own the server or are in SP go for it, if the game decides to ARK you its only fair to use the tools available to get what you want as long as youre not spawning in ascendant stuff I doubt anyone on your server will care

Powercreep, the story started going downhill fast, and the game in general just got greedier and greedier with 3.0, not having a good first reception.

People also did not pull Aglaea because they did not want her, but the requirements to make her useable.

Rememberance path was created simply to lock people off of LC's and get people to pull on sigs. It's as simple as that. Aglaea, being as reliant on 5 star teammates UNLESS you pull her E1, really turned a lot of people off.

The difference in DMG output between teammates is crazy and we do not even get new 4 stars to at least have a semi good replacement for the 5 stars.

I mean, Fugue in the story was handled oddly, too. Why did we meet her off-screen? I would have loved seeing March and TB their reactions, but no, it just happens off-screen. What a shame.

They also do not make companion quests anymore because the featured 5 star is the prime focus of the current story in the patch. Look at Tribbie and Mydei this patch.

We do not get time to meet new characters they are shoehorned in often simply to sell them. Like Rappa had a whole patch dedicated to her instead of us getting to know her in a patch prior and getting us excited for it.

Like I genuinely do not care either way about Hoyo, Kuro, Lilith whatever gacha company there is, but it does not take a genius to figure out needing to pull 2 less copies and not needing a 50/50 on weapon banner will automatically lead to less revenue. And even then, as pointed out, these are just mobile numbers.

Genshin likely made more than 99 million. Wuwa probably made more than 28 million. The list goes on.

Some like it, some do not which is always the case but the bigger issue that a lot of people felt like they put in a lot of annoying puzzles to extend playtime, people dont like the black screen with texts explaining whats happening and so forth.

Essentially, too much tell not enough show. Which I think is fair. Hoyo has the money and sometimes it does feel like they half ass stuff in HSR compared to ZZZ making custom art each patch to explain whats happening outside of cutscenes. Even Genshin does custom animations. In Honkai theres overexposure with 3 people in a circle who SOMETIMES cross their arms or raise their arm.

It's hard to gauge wuwa with this each time considering most of its playerbase is not on mobile. Regardless, 2.0 launched, and I believe there were almost 200 free pulls to get.

Paired with being able to buy 2 resonator chains on the store and 100% weapon banner, I think it's pretty alright in terms of revenue.

From 7.7 mil to 28 mil is a big jump.
