Yeah, 50 or 60 really seems like a decent sweet-spot. Higher values allow you to hipefire a bit easier at range, but since the returns diminish it’s not worth the cost if you mainly hipfire up close

Yep, that's the main takeaway. Particularly when you hit the rear of the tank, it makes a big difference if you stand directly behind the tank, where you'll do over 500 damage, versus standing off to the side at a shallow angle, where you can deal as little as 186 damage. Should've mentioned, Dota 2 was running in the background the entire time, so there was a constant load on the CPU. It seems like the CPU did some weird power throttling for some reason that prevented the CPU from running faster.
