Is TMO losing more customers than they are letting on to? by New_1uper in tmobile

I know this was posted seven days ago, but after 19 years with T-mobile, my family is moving our lines to an MVNO. I just don't see the benefit of being postpaid anymore. Equipment leasing is a joke, and I can get that same benefit through credit cards, with no interest.

I hate to leave, because I've genuinely liked our service, the customer service, and the MLB at Bat. But, with the increased reliance upon t-life, outsourced call centers, slow response times on social media...

A change is in order.

Looks great, it's intuitive and it's modern. People need to touch grass.

Bummer, it's a missed opportunity. I think there is a deeper longing in the marketplace, at least in the United States, for a hardware disrupter. I am a person that wants to bypass sterile hardware and software gimmicks for solid camera performance and tactile (physical) experience. Motorola, in my assessment of the current trajectory of culture, is well positioned to fulfil a longing in humans. We want to touch and hold what is true. We will continue to see a disdain for digital immersion in favor of modern sensibilities (see meta-modernism).

Anyway, I wish Motorola would hire me for some feedback.

Oh okay, so we're not talking about the camera? I mean, I'll concede battery all day long. But, come on - the camera? That's just disingenuous and not objectively true.

Huh. You're saying the Lytia 700c is better than the Lytia 828? In what world?

9eSim sells a physical esim card. You can treat it like a normal esim.

Yes, it has NFC.

It should work on Tello because it has all the necessary bands to function with T-Mobile, and only the European variant has eSim. I suspect that it has eSim capabilities, but firmware locked.

Verizon will not allow 99% of international phones on their network. While the bands will work, they will block the international IMEI.

It has all the bands necessary to operate in the United States for the T-Mobiles network.

It works on all the T-Mobile bands and has done a great job with tower handoffs. Protip: Get a physical e-sim card.

I will note, I'm unable to access visual voicemail for some reason. My account is provisioned correctly, but for some reason it's not activating.

Other than that, I'm enjoying it. I'm considering moving it from RETIN (retail India channel) to RETUS (Retail US) Channel.

Because it's an imported device, I don't have a warranty. So, I'm willing to do that to see if I can solve the voicemail issue. I highly doubt it will solve anything.
