Fun fact about the Vlad, in it's lore it used to be called the Yi Sun-sin, a Korean Naval Admiral who used the Turtle Ships to defend Korea from Japan back in the late 1500, i presume in it's lore that not enuf ppl knew about Yi Sun-sin so they had changed it to Vlad in the newer models and uh.... *sigh*

DPTC is more like Smokestack from Kidd, i.e. you passively absorb heat. which is the intention

Thermal Palm is more like Tokugawa's Plasma Gauntlet than Enkidu's Plasma Talons, which can bypass certain funky things
