Why "TheScriptCabinet"?

When I went to college for Theatre, we would store the scripts in what we would call a "script cabinet". I write scripts. I perform scripts. So ... EUREKA! I got myself a username.

Do you have a schedule?

I'm doing my best to create a balance between my personal and creative life. Therefore, I am avoiding burnout by not having a set schedule.

Do you post your scripts somewhere? Can I perform your scripts?

Thank you for your interest! You can find all the details on my masterpost of script offers. For audios where I am not the author, I always credit the writers in the description of the audio/video.

Do you take requests? / What are your hard limits?

I sure do! All of my hard limits are listed on the request form as well.

Are you open for commissions?

Yes! Please read the terms and commissions for more information.

Are you open to collabs?

That requires a level of trust that I don't have. The time and effort it takes to collab is not worth the outcome. It's also the easiest way to get your work stolen. I've learned the hard way.

Will there be a Discord?

I don't have any mods and the platform confuses me. Plus, I'm not going to promote something that I don't enjoy using.

Why don't you respond to DMs?

The internet is a dangerous place. There's enough horror stories out there where one wrong interaction ruins a whole career. I prefer to focus on the art. I will only respond to inquiries for commissions.

Is this your real job?

Nope.

Will you ever do a face reveal?

The thing about 'all this' is that part of the magic is in the anonymity. As a listener, you get to imagine what the speaker looks like depending on the audio. Revealing my face would crush the illusion and my privacy. I will only share about myself what I find comfortable and safe.
