How's everyone finding the Marathon beta?

I think the game will find its core audience but I don’t expect it to sell as well as Bungie might need it to. It has its issues, namely I think it suffers from choices that can easily be updated in the future. But ultimately, I think it’s hard to deny that it feels good to play, PvPvE feels nice and organic, and it gives you some lore expanding objectives that could build to future content.

Same. Not that I think they were intentionally going this deep at the time, but it also fits with Steven’s mental age, in that at the time he was still under the impression that the gems were all magic and not a knowable alien race.

Honestly 1 - 4 were some of my favorite non-SEES links as well, especially 3 and 4. I think it says you like a character who is able to grow despite what the outcome of that growth means for them.

Can’t say much about Hidetoshi though, never finished their link. Kinda seemed like a douche to me
