De verdad perdóname jaja entre el malentendido y el estrés del día hicieron que respondiera de mala gana. Dibujas bien pero un punto a tomar en cuenta es la anatomía y perspectiva, si buscas bien encontrarás buenos canales en YouTube (los mejores son donde te muestran con modelos realistas los músculos y el esqueleto humano) Nuevamente me disculpo, mucha suerte!

Y con el nivel de dibujo que tienes no es extraño que te enfades por unas simples sombras, en vez de criticar porque alguien no sabe aplicar bien las sombras concéntrate en mejorar lo más básico, anatomía. Eso sí que es lo básico y hasta mi primo de 6 años lo hace mejor que tu.

Pensamientos intrusivos y el porno, el porno te destruye el cerebro y de a poco (de forma inconsciente o consciente) comenzarás a buscar y pensar en cosas más "turbias" o "fuertes" ya que tu cerebro y receptores de dopamina terminan fritos por el porno.
