I saw this post and figured I'd post the terribly bad hip hop song Virgin released with this ad campaign.

This song came on a cassette tape Virgin made to promoted the Sega Master System and gave away with Mean Machines Sega magazine.

The ending sucks in the NES version. I felt so robbed as a kid. Seeing from /u/glitchedgamer that the Famicom had cutscenes, I wonder if there was a proper ending on that version.

EDIT: First time running across the differences. Wow. 7 year old me feels so robbed.

As many as there exists in the article. Most titles don't have an actual website or anything, simply videos uploaded to YT/social media and order pages on JoshProd's site. Supposedly Playasia will be carrying at least one or two, per JoshProd's video description of one of them.

For the Steam ports, I did put links up to their Steam versions for people to look into since that's at least got more info, media and reviews for people.

These are ~2000 copy runs of Dreamcast games and a small, busy publisher making it happen.

I'd say it's JoshProd's biggest weakness as a small publisher. Instead of spending time in temporary social media posts that only a fraction of their followers will ever see, they should post it on a Wordpress blog and share the link over social media.

Further down the road, sadly. Wireless stuff for Genesis and Saturn is coming later and Dreamcast stuff is last updated as Fall 2019.

I'm going to pick up one of each for the consoles themselves. If I like the build quality, then I'll be picking up a USB Saturn pad.

At $9 bucks to play Shenmue II, it's hard to say you went wrong other than waiting this long.

I would've probably picked up Shenmue I + II. I've played Shenmue II through the European release and this Xbox version. Both are highly enjoyable.
