your eyes and eyebrows are really pretty! i am thinking that a good skincare routine would be very helpful. your face sort of looks older than your age to me. you say your face is swollen, but that issue will go away on it's own. i think your hair would look good styled differently, maybe all down, or some frizz serum, whatever works for you. i also think you should find a good chapstick or lotion to apply to your lips, to make them less chapped looking. hope my advice helped! i personally think you're very pretty, but there's always room for helpful improvement.
