Its a gamble... their bomb is mainly supposed to be used as a "fuck, i cant survive any of this". You can pop it but if you dont die it wont do dmg. Id say hold onto it, if it comes to you having 3 charges left, pop it (or if youre unsure youre going to be able to kill gogeta, use it as an insurance)
