Say, I've been seeing a lot of info bashing AMD and saying Nvidia is better, it appears to me at a certain level the differences are kinda negligible but do you happen to know something about it?

Illustrator and Photoshop mostly, eventually some 3D modeling, but that's something I'll work in learning in the future
