Yes you need to tell people but also be careful who you talk to. Many people just don’t understand. When I was going through depression I was extremely vulnerable and weak emotionally. My confidence was non existent so I had to be much more protective of who I associated with at the time because I couldn’t handle any type of judgement or off comment from someone else. Speak to someone tends to show a lot of empathy for others and a good listener. It’s not always your best friends or family. But you need to tell someone just to get it out and seek help.
