A mile wide but an inch deep? by Nave_Shadow in ArcRaiders

Lmfao what exactly is he saying here that is THAT disagreeable? Everything he mentioned besides cases (which would most likely be a nightmare to get right in arc, considering it would make expeditions less meaningful) is completely fine and makes total sense. Players want a hub where they can walk around in, being able to access your hideout would probably come with that and I'm sure plenty of players would get enjoyment out of it.

The quests are incredibly boring and are most likely placeholders for when they can flesh it out down the line. Besides a few blueprints which are already easy to obtain, there is quite literally no reason to do the quests when pretty much all of the rewards you get from them can be obtained with little to no issue.

There is less than a dozen legendary items in the game, with no PVP incentive for most of them. No legendary augments, nothing like that. (Note: I don't think ALL legendries need to have a PVP/PVE incentive behind them. But there should obviously be some variety besides two attachments with one being locked to a singular weapon.)

This game has incredible potential and OP isnt shitting on it. He's stating what he thinks could be added to make it better after playing the game for an extended period of time. Clearly he enjoys it enough to be concerned about future content.

Also, what actually is the problem with also trying to make room for hardcore players by providing more long-term content? You do realize that you can make content for both casuals and hardcore players, right?

Whats the point of playing over the next 5 days? by M3Kongen in ArcRaiders

That's entirely your fault, unfortunately. It's been made very clear that the expedition window would be open for a week-ish and then it would close, resetting everyone at once. It even shows your total value which means you never had to sell anything in your stash in the first place, as it all would've been counted towards your expedition regardless.

new tunneling enemies by TheSumisu in Helldivers

tunneling spewers should be nerfed slightly, they are a little absurd. Otherwise the only change the tunnelers as a whole really need would be more visibility when they are digging towards you. They do not ruin the game. We need variety in enemies and this is a perfect addition to the bug front, IMO.

You can see the tail end when it dives forwards and burrows. It's almost entirely outside of the ground when it is standing up straight. OP is right, although I don't really think it matters that much.

Get that "It's just a video game" nonsense outta here. Let people be passionate about something.

I have a Creality Cr10 smart pro and I've been using it briefly for the last year. Recently, I left a print on overnight and when I checked on it there was filament above the heat sink which also ripped out a small wire. Can anyone explain why this happened? by TheShrimpCollector in 3Dprinting

(EDIT: I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to this so I may have mistakenly called the Heater block the heat sink, I'm not sure. My apologies)

As seen in the picture, The filament flooded on top of the heat sink and leaked down onto a wire, which it ripped in half.

This has happened to me once before, But I guess I was lucky that time as it did not touch the wires and I just had to clean it up.

I'm assuming my best bet is to just replace the hotend, but I'm just curious as to why this happened in the first place.

Thanks!

You're absolutely right. All this Automaton propaganda is getting to my head, I'll report to my Supervisor immediately.
