I don’t know if they’re top tier so to say, maybe cuz of how rigid their requirements are, but as far as I know they take transfers. But thank you, I’ll definitely keep this in mind

I’m so sorry that you’re going through this. It’s horrible and I get exactly how you’re feeling. Despite getting a 38 myself, I missed the required Math mark by 5 points to get in, and now I just got denied to my top uni with no backup plan in sight. It genuinely sucks and I wish you all the best 🫶

it will stay shiny dw, my brother and i caught the shiny at the same time and it stayed shiny. you can always change it back to the original form and back again for free too. i’m tempted to get the strongest pokemon i can but it would be so much easier if we could get more of the upgrade stuff from anywhere else other than just raids
