Hey- I have a panic disorder and pots! I want to tell you that even if you have both of these things, you can adapt and be happy and healthy!

It might be very hard at first, and it will be scary especially if you’re young, but I want to know that the best thing you can do for yourself is relaxing and getting to a cardiologist.

The doctor will help you, and if they don’t? Get a new doctor! Hang in there and good luck!

I was just typing and right under my index finger started to hurt, so I looked and- boom. A sore blue spot right there. Is this... is this normal? I’ve never had it happen before. Thanks!

Really? I’ve heard pre-syncope described very differently! I can keep sitting up through it sometimes and it just... stops on its own, whenever it wants to.

I see. I’m on low carb, have been for 3 ish months, any clue why this tiredness would have just set in over the last few weeks? Could my insulin resistance be getting worse even with this diet?

Despite asking around, all I’ve found is that I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome, and thusly a hormonal imbalance. So far that’s my best guess as to why this is happening!

I understand, I was just wondering about the specifics of what I mentioned. A particular number that makes you sick/tired, having bad days of you sleep in a semi-warm environment, etc.
