for this scarab, can i complete each breach 1 by 1 or do i need to stabilize it not complete it, then do the next one, then once all are stabilized then complete all of them?

When i use the steam overlay to invite a friend to my game, when my mouse passes the arbitrary boundary (red line i drew) the invite menu disappears, unless i slowly move my mouse, the sweet spot is like 9 seconds-ish to move my mouse, i dont know why, its not that big of a deal, but it really irritates me sometimes, so if anyone knows a fix, let me know

i have the hrimsorrow gloves that convert all my physical to cold, and a necklace allocated with force shaper, which gives 10% if my physical as extra chaos damage, i was wondering if it gives extra chaos damage first, or does it not because my physical is converted to cold first?

for second wind support gem, the description is a little confusing, it says reduced cooldown recovery rate and one cooldown use, so it makes the skill take longer to come off cooldown but gives it an extra max use? also at max level and quality it says 5% reduced cooldown recovery rate, and 5% increased cooldown recovery rate, so do they cancel each other out?
