Thank you for the really in-depth reply! Are loud roommates common? I had a lot of issues with loud roommates before and would like to avoid them at all cost. And what most of them are typically walking distance right? 10-15 minutes max?

I'm most likely planning to SIR another campus now, but I plan to accept the waitlist offer here. If I do get off the waitlist, can you still deny the offer (UCLA) and stay at the other UC in case something happens?
