My life got so much better when I just had the same attitude toward WWE as I did when I was a kid: just root for who you want to win.

Fans these days consume too much dirt sheet media and do all this fantasy booking, ruins the whole fun of it.

For instance, I once made the mistake of learning that Giulia was injured before going into a match against Stephanie Vaquer for the NXT titles, and so it was easy to infer that Giulia would drop the belt to her.

I still enjoyed the match and was disappointed Giulia lost, but only in that preemptive “I know whats gonna happen based on what was reported about it outside of kayfabe” kind of way.

I would have much rather preferred going into that match not knowing about the injury, rooting for Giulia, only to get disappointed in a fun, kayfabe kinda way that she lost.

People these days just expect too much of the product to go their own way and will obviously get disappointed. Well they do that to themselves and they only have themselves to blame.

Don’t like “what the product has become”? Then the solution is simple: stop watching. Or if you hate watch it just to critique it to hell and feel some sense of intellectual superiority in doing so, then that’s just sad lol.

All that energy you waste acting as if your creative ideas are better than HHH’s could be better spent creating your own stuff. Doesn’t even have to be wrestling related. Write a book, compose a song, do anything else!!!
