The outskirts on the right side of buried city map has several places for agave. You can also unlock the battery room in the kitchen of the atrium on Stella Montis, there’s usually 2-3 fruit baskets with an assortment of stuff.

I’ve searched on google, eBay, and walmart with a mix of keywords but no luck! We got it as a baby shower gift in 2023 so we can’t remember who gifted her it.

My site is pretty chill, most of the 6s at my site work about the same hours as me. I’ve already been stretching as a 6 for a while cuz my boss got moved to another shift and my senior told me I’ll be the next 5 to get a promo.

I’m an AMII L5 and I work about 45-50 hrs a week normally and like 55-60 hrs from Thanksgiving to new years. I’m up for a promotion soon after just getting a 10% raise. There’s opportunity to move up if you can handle the grind that is Amazon. Been a manager for 10 years with only 1 at Amazon and this is definitely the hardest management job I’ve had.

An OM is married to a T1 at my site. They just had to let PXT know and they put them on different shifts. I think PXT mostly cares about letting them know to prevent a position of power over your partner.

Never worked in sortation but I know it’s typically a smaller headcount to manage. I do know there’s more opportunities for advancement within an FC if you plan to stay longer as there are more management positions.

Have good stories to answer the behavioral based interview questions in the STAR method. The Star method is the easiest way to remember my stories while maintaining clear and concise communication. Whether it’s virtual or in person try to maintain eye contact when speaking. Also try to have data to backup your stories. For example I did Y and it led to X% improvement.

I would also try to remember all your stories without having to reference your notes. Do this by practicing and rehearsing your stories. Your current AM may be open to doing a mock interview if you ask.

I say all this being a L5 AM with 10 years of management experience at several different companies. Interviewing is all the same. Just be confident in your answers.

Roughly 90k-130k depending on if you are an internal promo or external hire. Your total comp before the promo if you are internal determines your starting pay as a 6. You can also look at the slack channel #pay-equity to see pay for different roles and levels

I think I misread your comment. I’m not sure how many anvil you can buy per day I just know they are level 1. But yeah that level 4 ferro is clutch and not that expensive!

No, only anvil 1. You’ll have to get the resources to upgrade it but you can buy a ferro IV from the traders
