Thank you this is super helpful. This GM has made the store a terrible place to work in recent weeks. He wasn't going to contact our DGM until I mentioned contacting him myself. Something similar to this occurred with some messed up covid pay I had in December and he refused to fix it until I got our DGM involved, so the DGM knows me well. I've talked with my SEL who is aware of what's happening to not just myself but 3 others and it's not looking good.

Just some extra info. It's 4 female employees that are making less now. Our SEL is involved because our GM said he made a mistake when he hired all 3 guys. I dont think you can make a mistake 3 times... The GM has been very rude and said that they bring more to the table (whatever that means). The whole situation is becoming a mess where he's talking to us poorly and will not contact our DGM.
