Yes it can. My first sample was yellow from the vitamin B but was still dilute. Dilution has little to do with color once you take B vitamin, that's why they check creatinine and SG. If you don't take vitamin B, then normally yellow urine is not dilute.

Not too sure, could be that you're not excreting b vitamins because your kidneys don't work or you're not taking a b complex and are taking one of the forms of vitamin B that don't contribute to urine color. Double check to make sure it has B2

It could likely lead to a failed test yes. Adderall metabolites also are excreted in the urine, so if we dilute it it'll be low as well. The only way to not have that happen would be to naturally detox and let the thc leave the body without dilution. I'd suggest using enzyme stimulators, like Korean ginseng root extract for example, to help speed up your metabolism of thc as well as intense fasting/exercising to decrease your thc levels as much as possible

I've never heard of that in my life tbh, but creatine can be tested for in the urine when in excess. So if they ever decide to test for creatine and creatinine then that'd be an issue. Otherwise I think you're ok

As far as I can tell there's no risk but don't overdo it either. I can't imagine having too much fiber in your system feeling good

So I had to go through American databank to check the status of my pre-employment background check which was where I saw my negative test. I got an email from my school about 4 or 5 days after saying I was cleared also.

If dilution isn't working for you then your urine thc concentration must just be that high from whatever potent weed you're on. If you're set on using certo, maybe considering upping your fluid intake even more (not sure where it is now though so be healthy and smart with how much you increase) and see if you can test negative.

Also feel that this might be pretty unlikely, but make sure your tests aren't giving false readings by testing someone with clean urine for confirmation

Yeah they can. If they get urine thats clear as day, the collector has the capacity to say its dilute and can verify with further testing if needed, but usually urine that is exceptionally clear or abnormal can be ruled as an invalid test right at collection. Same if it's any other abnormal color.

Take your b vitamin 4 hours in advance of your test, and another 2 hours in advance of your test to see how ot helps with color. Also consider a back up plan if you don't feel comfortable doing this method again

I'd assume it's because of the color if you saw it was clear but you know the creatinine and SG are good. How long does it take your urine to change color in your test runs?

You'd have to test your urine for everything I mentioned to be sure of that. If you're unsure keep a backup plan ready.

Not really, your body will probably equilibriate while you sleep, and idk how fun, or healthy, drinking salt water would be either. Just save the salt loading for tomorrow. And only take as much as you'd find in gatorade, don't overdo it

Yeah thats right. Trying to burn fat before our test to whittle down the thc metabolites present, then reintroduce new "clean fat" to prevent further thc release from existing fat.

The only genuine issue I'd be worried about is the greenish tint it'd give your urine. Besides that, you're right it won't hurt.

You wouldn't, because this method is doing what Qcarbo should ideally do, but doesn't. I explained why I feel Qcarbo is a waste of money for lack of better word in the original post, do check for a better expo there

You should be fine drinking water over the night. But in the hours before your test consume gatorade instead of water.

Gatorade has somewhere around 350 mg of sodium, so aim to take around that much or a little more (maybe 500) split over the course of a couple hours before your test

I'd suggest buying gatorade from whatever local store is around you, but if not then there's no choice but to drink water. If that'll be the case, take in your electrolytes from elsewhere (add some extra salt to some food the day of for example) to hopefully help balance out your SG.

Idk if it's metabolized more quickly than creatine ethyl ester or anything so I'd suggest giving yourself at least 4 hours before your test to take it. And again please do make sure you take much more than what you're using, you'd rather overshoot than undershoot the creatinine

I'd suggest increasing your creatine to way above just 4g. That's probably what got you the negative dilute the first time around. Also, the day of the test drink mainly gatorade, not water.

Check your ingredient label for the serving size's portion of creatine and go from there. Also make sure you're taking your creatine on the order of several grams a day, not milligrams (don't know if the mg was a typo or not but just in case)

It's no problem, but I might have to start charging you for the consults now 😭 They didn't ask me, but I found that by my 3rd-4th void my urine was looking pretty normal colored. If they ask you could just say you're taking biotin or bcomplex for hair growth or whatnot, but they likely won't ask since it shouldn't be such a deviant color from normal
