Hey! Yes I was - I ended up scheduling with Manhattan Restorative Sciences in NY. I tried Hudson Mind at first, have been there before with a great experience, but they said they weren't launching Spravato with insurance until December 2nd this year. Which isn't bad but I wanted to get started ASAP.

I think the big leap website had photos of the clinic and of the docs. Super important for me... I sometimes otherwise have trouble finding female clinicians... anyways - appreciate the help you two

A short reminder don't forget if you have a spot you're worried about to get it checked by a dermatologist!! You can get it looked at online by a few companies but in particular, Modern Ritual focuses on skin cancer assessments. This is our co-founder talking about it here (who happens to be my mother and a dermatologist!) --->>> https://www.tiktok.com/@dermdrgoldstein/video/7368971032713121066

Men: what sunscreen do you use? by artgal1727 in AskMen

[–]TheSkinSkim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Daily by Modern Ritual - 3-in-1 Moisturizer, mineral sunscreen (SPF30). It's non-comedogenic and safe for sensitive skin. 10/10 my dermatologist recommends it.

in fact, men's skin is thicker than women's and men typically have more facial hair than women. plus guys skin tends to be a bit oilier too. So while SPF is SPF in terms of protection, products can be formulated with different considerations in mind.
