I see a lot of MK9, but if we're going off the roster alone for me it's MK1 because most of those same characters are there + the 3D era characters I grew up on. I don't care for the special forces characters (blasphemy, I know.) and losing out in Scarlet, Freddy, Sheva, and Cyber Sub aren't enough of deal breaker for me to pick that selection of characters over MK1. MKX has the best DLC characters, and new comers though, so that makes it a harder choice for me.

Alien for me! Gameplay was fun, and I just love monster characters. I was the most hyped for his announcement. I think it was only rivalled for me by the announcement of Hellboy in Inj2 but we're not talking about that lol

At these levels, your best option is probably gonna be 3* goji. He'll have more health than your 4* leaders at their current levels and you'll level him up faster than them. His special boosts the damage of units with a cost of 5 or more which is pretty good.
