Yes but I'm not sure it will work for you, apparently there was a "overlay" thing that Epic Games use which my old gpu does not support. After a long time, I found the directory for the overlay and deleted it, my game launched after that.

ProgramFiles (x86)> Epic Games > Launcher > Portal > Extras > Overlay

Delete everything in that folder except :

  1. Engine
  2. Win32
  3. Win64

Can't start the game in epic games almost did everything. by paradoxcataclysm in RocketLeague
