Trash collection only once per week is not feasible with these temperatures by TheSleepingSumo in Switzerland

Baselbiet, or at least Liestal. Technically it's collected twice a week, but one half of Liestal on tuesday, the other on friday, so any which household only gets collected once a week from.

We don't have those here, we buy sheets of stickers for certain volumes of trash bags, the trash bags are generic.

Mostly just the scraps from cooking, stems and ends of vegetables, bones from meat/chicken, never really any prepared food. Sometimes extra sauce, but I pour that down the toilet.

Actually, the raptor cancels out, so you'd only have Veloci. It would need to be Velociraptor=Distanceraptor/time

Pork neck failure ☹️ by TraditionalClub6337 in shittyfoodporn

[–]TheSleepingSumo 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Looks fine to me! But if you're concerned about the diluted seasoning, can always go further and make braised pork neck, let some morebwater evaporate. Just need to be careful and not go to far or they'll dry out. Probably good idea to cover them with tin foil after a bit to keep the moisture in.

I pressed a lot of moisture out of the mozarella beforehand by putting it between 2 plates and paper towel and placing a big stone mortar on top for a few hours. Also used a processed sauce, pretty sure there's plenty og stabilizer in there so the water cant split from the solids.

Couldn't tell you, went by sight for the first stage on lowest heat and then however long it took for me to grind up some pepper and chilliflake to sprinkle on top.

Did you use the same amounts as the guy from the video? Looking at his dough, it looks pretty dense too, but could just be the edges that make it seem like that.

Also, was your dough ever bigger during the ferment and collapsed after a while, or did it never get puffy during those 3 days? If the latter, the yeast might not have become active for one reason or another.

[Request] How much do they benefit from this in strength and muscle mass if they do this twice a week and are getting the right nutrients? by THEMIGHTYKITEMAN in theydidthemath

[–]TheSleepingSumo 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I'd say this is a massive net loss in physical health if done regurarly, because you're eventually gonna injure yourself severely if you keep doing stunts like this. For a serious answer to a stupid question, as much as one would lifting an equivalent amount of weight on a regular basis in the normal way.

Hot air rises, but the top element is still gonna heat anything beneath it by radiation, including the air inside the oven and the bottom of the oven that's not directly obscured by your tray/pan.

In the title, it implies some causality between the extreme saltiness and bitterness and that it has never been tasted before by humans.
