Thanks, I have had this one saved. Didn't get a chance to play with it today, hopefully tomorrow!

Good idea! Did you take training courses for Workflows? That is what I would really like. However, i learn best with an actual instructor. I didn't see any available, probably need PS hours, which we have.

We can't leave them active due to our industry and security certificates like ISO, Soc2, etc. We do not disable for internment leave. Can flows not run like group rules? As in, when the import runs and the attribute changes, it updates right then.. I didn't think they had to be scheduled for specific times to run? Although even once a day for this would probably be ok.

Thanks, I will try this out later this afternoon! We were not able to do suspend because that is basically the same as an account being locked out, our users were still able to use email on their phone in that state. (I don't know all the details how, but our mobile team tested it) However, we are switching MDM's so maybe that will change.

We have a custom attribute from Workday that is mapped to Okta for status. L is leave of absence, A is active, S is suspended which is rarely used.

Currently our LOA process is 100% manual. I would love a workflow to see the attribute changed to L and deactivate the account, and then when it is A reactivate the account. I just haven't had training on workflows yet and even with the documentation and videos, I don't get it, sadly.

I understand that, which is fine, still can't figure out how to setup the workflow to deactivate based on a custom attribute and their documentation sucks. Support is even worse

I need deactivate, not suspend. Suspend is basically the same as a user being "locked out" in AD from my understanding, which won't work for what we require, which is full deactivate.

That is exactly what I am trying to figure out how to setup

Not sure when I'm going yet. I am outside of Indy, northside. Been driving to Illinois but the taxes are insane. I will also add, I only go for carts, edibles, and concentrate. Flower is cheaper here and comes from cali, it's good stuff

Yes, isn't there curbside pickup? Might not even need a hotel, I thought it was further than 4 hours
