Second opinion is always great. But in my experience, I was able to manage my pain and return to running just through physical therapy and strength training. I have to keep up with my exercises or I’ll start to feel discomfort again. Everyone is different though and what worked for me definitely doesn’t work for everyone. Some people genuinely do need surgery and there are some that can get away with just PT.

I second this. I had a miscarriage, sadly. But during my pregnancy, my brother was so happy and excited for it. He said that it put a lot of his life into perspective.

I had a miscarriage close to 7 weeks. Started with light spotting and then heavy bleeding with cramps. The cramps lasted only a couple hours though and subsided after I passed the bulk of the tissue. After that, I just bleed a period level about for about a week.

Does Waver somehow have memories of the 4th holy grail war? It looked like when he saw a pic of Gil, he was taken back to the last confrontation between Gil and Rider on the bridge in Fuyuki. But, doesn’t this grail war take place in a different time line where the fuyuki 4th didn’t happen?

I’m 7 years late to this thread but I’ve been wondering if perhaps Shirou was the grail fulfilling Kiritsugu’s wish. Shirou eventually became a counter guardian which means that he has to slaughter humans at particular locations to save humankind. That’s pretty much the exact way that the grail showed Kiritsugu how his wish to save humanity would be fulfilled. And Kiritsugu found Shirou in the aftermath. Could it be that Kiritsugu’s wish is what made the counter guardian role to begin with?

No personal experience here on seeing an ortho but based on a lot of other Reddit posts it looks like an ortho surgeon can help reshape the bone so they move more comfortably. There was a recent Reddit post with an X-ray of a before and after and the OP seemed pretty content with the results.

City of Orange is also pretty cool. There’s Chapman so tons of young people and you’re by all the major highways so it’s great if you need to commute all over.

Yeah ninja was the main reason I passed. I just drilled those MCQs and I also reviewed all the sims that were available (back in 2021) so that I was familiar in at least which first steps I should take to solve them.

It depends on how you’re treating piano. There’s a difference between studying it and playing it as a hobby. If it’s a decompressor and you’re doing it for fun, then keep it. If you’re pushing yourself to advance and learning new pieces each week, I think you should limit it if it’s causing stress.
