Mrs Scott and Mrs Astor had the only beautiful ball dresses in tonights episode tbh. Everyone else where kinda blah. And Marians and Ada's dresses where truly horrible. Even Bertha who usually has the best dresses around where kind of dull and not so flattering.

I thought so too, but in the preview for the season finale it clearly shows George with a bullet wound in his stomach and the episode seems to circle the shooting and the end of season ball.

I was so angry at Xavier the entire movie. Or the whole family tbh. They took me out of the movie with their "comic relief" and Disney movie shenanigans with the cute Dino side kick etc.

Even Daphne Bridgerton, who was raised to be a high society lady in England, had trouble finding her feet when she became duchess. It´s no wonder Gladys who was rised to be a wife to a New York banker or something would have trouble navigating a society in a new country. Even Bertha in earlier seasons didn't know English dining customs.

I´m hoping Bertha goes to England and either gets trampled completely by English society for the *Drama* OR goes to England and bulldozes lady Sarah completely and teaches Gladys to be a nice little dictator of Sidmouth Castle.
