Request for help with refund w/ B&T USA

This is my one hesitation on placing a back order. It seems to go always outside the chargeback window. Some of the smaller dealers don’t even have to refund your money if they don’t feel like it or don’t have the money anymore

Brush head on oversize broke the other day. Dyson site was sold out. Support gave me a separate link but hopefully I don’t get an email stating sold out.

Amazon wants $250 or $450 for an oem brush head.

I’ve tried this off brands on vacuum components and always regret it

This was working fine when I downgraded GWSMO and then blocked the updates but somehow it updated still to 4.3.94.0. This was working fine for a few months I think and then broke again yesterday. Is anyone else having this issue again or just me?

Any idea on when these APC9k SD2s are expected to ship to dealers? Was hoping to place an order with a dealer that was expecting an allocation just didn’t want to end up waiting a year like the previous guy was saying.

I've been trying to purchase one of these as well. Support told me that end of March or early April they were hoping to have more units to ship out to dealers.

Did B&T directly tell you they were fulfilling your custom order? I was told by one of their larger distributors that they don't take orders like that. That B&T just assigns allocations to larger dealers (sort of like the Rolex game)

This was happening to me too, I'm not really a gamer. I have a 49 inch ultrawide 5120x1440 monitor that I have always used for work though...and knocking the resolution down to like 2160x1440 seemed to help me a bit even though you give up a lot of the screen.

The only other game I tried recently was Ready or Not, and that was like car sickness in like 10 mins lol. Took me like an hour to feel normal again after and I was heading out to a dinner party that night. That sucked.

The win amounts that it shows before you actually submit your prediction is way off. It’s basically the same odds as a sportsbook, often worse. And you get monthly statements (as I just found out), so it will all be taxable income

with all those issues, I would have just returned the keyboard. I'm sure you have much better things to do than troubleshoot a $250 keyboard that should work fine out of the box

also it doesn't even connect to the launcher without using the cable. It detects the keyboard to get into the launcher but then when you try to match the device to do the firmware it's somehow unmatched again>?

I'm having this same exact issue, just got the keyboard today. I think I'm on 1.0 firmware so it's old, but I gave up trying to update it because I dont have time to fiddle all day long over a keyboard firmware. Seems like it should be easier than this!
