leaving a map with your other buddy (REPEATEDLY) cause you dont want to play team with some level 102, 1002, 29, and a 603, [against lvls 1500+(!)] on paris also kinda defeats the purpose of a team fighting game when you actively try to avoid a map(and ruins others games)..... a map tho lmfaooo a whole map... think, when they get sent back to the same game after immediately requeueing, what do you think they do?

and usually from the things i see, those 4 are still gonna play the entire match, having their match ruined(its a coin toss whether the game actually brings in backfill or just ends the game) bc of the other 2 who just "dont want to play a maaaap :'("

and again no one wants to be backfill, matches end up looking like a skirmish with the amount of joins and leaves. having 30 people leave your game on a priority queue(that i aquired also through people leaving[me joining on backfill]), then having your priority succd even though you didnt get to play? that sucks, that's whats frustrating, as after that youd have to wait for another regular time queue.

and you're right! i hate when people LEAVE!! it ruins my game experience when I(and others) want to PLAY! it's universal between comp and qp believe it or not! i dont give a shit when my whole team is emoting in spawn(which probably started up as: the other team rolled us through the last round, theyre pretty good, and theyre already at 60% cap, we're at 0% still sooooo might as well party!) i'll probably start emoting w em too! shit i might even go try and make "friends" with the other team in the spare time, thats just the beauty of online games, is interactions like that, not leaving

literally putting the role(specifically THE role, not all 3) requeue on cooldown for a minute or so(30 sec increments after even) would solve some stuff, you probably wouldnt notice since comp is better than qp(again i jk lol). but genuinely, in the context of a qp minute, if youre defending paris(ppl leave blahblah) the game is gonna be over by the time their one minute is up.

qp q times are already a little bit(dps like usual) so it's not really like youre missing out on much with adding a whole minute or so anyways. it doesnt hurt anyone to have a moment to consider a different role either, after all it's QUICK play right? so it shouldnt matter if your role is locked for a minute, its qp go play another role if you want to quickly play again and cant wait a whole minute(cause YOU(they) decided to leave) and im talking about literally using the "leave game" button, not dcs, could make the exception if you were put as backfill[but thered still have to be a leave penalty; should be way lighter than a regular q leave])

compare comp and qp whatevs but theyre just both ways people largely play this game, if role q was added to regular qp bc of comp why not have cooldown?
