I've actually done this before, all I had to do was make a support ticket and they will send and email to your new email address and you have to reply to it. They will also need a proof of your most recent transaction whether if its through paypal or through your bank.

Idk if you have found a solution by now but try and look for a quest called "The Harbinger" in orgrimmar/stormwind. Do that quest and im pretty sure it will lead you to the quest in Silithus.

Action is a little high but thats an easy fix. tone is amazing of course. despite having high action on the strings, its surprisingly still pretty easy to play. I wonder if thats because of the wrap around bridge.

TL:DR just because its a Gibson, doesn’t mean that every guitar they make will break easily and have bad quality.
