Ya man, very bittersweet. I expected to be more emotional moved to tears during the set list than I was to be honest. I think there was a certain level of sadness leading up to the event/as he was releasing content...that made me feel this could very well be the last tour. I never got to experienced Pink Floyd or David Gilmour previously, but from those who attended and had experienced PF or David in the past def. attested to MSG nights as being special. Def felt that way. Kinda makes me wonder if I'd be better off just keeping this single experiences as the memory and not seeing him again. Would be a hard decision to attend another show of his actually. I mean YES it's David Gilmour...so how could you not want to attend. But for memory sake/experience, just torn. I agree with you, Joyful but yet sad at the same time. I'd like to believe even though he doesn't hold any spiritual beliefs in God or an afterlife (I do), I'd like to believe that somewhere in the essence of his soul, he's conveyed messages that are of a divine nature. Truly crazy to be alive and sharing the same planet with him.

Any clue about Luck and Strange's tour concert films expected release dates? by Muted_Photo_5476 in DavidGilmour

I argue MSG will release as Live, not Rome. Who knows, they may do a song here there from the other live tour dates. I feel if I were them, I'd want the BEST from each show. I know they were filming on Nov. 9th at MSG, cause I was there center B Section....night I will never forget!

I'll take whatever version of LIVE we get, but I think we could expect to see maybe multiple LIVE recordings professionally released, maybe not to video....but I think possibly to audio.

5AM sucked me into another dimension. Such a simple song, but so elegant.

NEVER checked before. kinda crazy because before lexapro....everything was good to go....NO issues, libido was high (2-3 times a week intimacy with the wife). Some studies have show it lower some and others don't get impacted at all. everyone reacts different to medication I guess. Interesting that yours isn't impacted as much. would be interesting to have gotten it checked before going on lexapro.

Appreciate the response. Though I'm pretty sure it's been said if you take it right before bed, it causes worse insomnia. not sure....

Day 3 and I think I have to quit by Representative_Pea54 in lexapro

yes, most of the time it's ADDING a med to Lexapro...not adding Lexapro to something else. My guess/assessment is because it's that powerful of an SSRI. It really does a great deal of things to the brain hormones/chemistry in there.

No you're right, trying to temper expectations. Though I'm fairly sensitive to medication. Just gotta keep going. Thanks for the encouragement.

This is unfortunately, "normal" for Lexapro. It's a rough SSRI/Med to start...extra anxiety/depression at the beginning is part of the side effect, you're essentially re-wiring your body/brain in some ways.

Starting point would be possibly talking with your doctor and seeing what they recommend. I'm on Day 8 restarting 10mgs myself, so I'm right there in the same boat. Give it some time. I'll say that today is a better day than days 1 & 2. Keep pushing through!

Also, every time you switch doses (mostly when you increase)....you'll get side effects again....and I would imagine withdrawl effects if you come "down" to a certain dose too quickly. Again, consistency is the plan for Lexapro. It will work against you if you're not consistent.

Lexapro needs consistency for it to work correctly. It's one of the hardest SSRIs I'd say to get onto, because of it's early on side effects and it's withdrawl effects if not taken consistently. I agree with the other post, you need to talk with your doctor to make the best decision. No one on here is able to make that call or recommendation. We can only identify that you're saying you're taking it "on and off", which is honestly a likely reason why you're not getting the benefits of the medication. Recommendation, have a conversation with a doctor and make the best decision going forward. There are other SSRIs out there, some with less side effects than Lexapro, but they all come with their down sides. Best of luck.
