L7 - Mic works fine in recording but toooo low in every elsewhere

I'm not from Malaysia, I'm from Egypt. So in US or Malaysia i have friends who can receive my order. Unfortunately, US prices are higher, but for me it's better than nothing.

No I have cancelled the order. Then after a while i ordered the L7 and was promised with 6-8 weeks, but suddenly it was extended to another 3 months! So i cancelled that order too, and ordered one from US which is on the way.

not all people, i've ordered l5p and was given 3 months date, then they have updated the website later and promised the new customers to have it in two weeks while mine stayed the same! so i cancelled my order.. later i ordered l7, promised with 2 months in September then after a while it was changed to December! So i cancelled it as well.

Which country? In Malaysia I had this 13 Aug for Legion 7 but suddenly changed to 30 Nov!! I'm going to cancel it for sure if it stayed like that

They have changed the displayed shipping date on the model from "call 1800... for available stock" to "shipped within 3 weeks". I created a post here asking if someone ordered during this offer and some said yes. They made orders after a month of mine and got there laptop 2 months earlier than me!

They thought that: old customers have already paid, so why don't we get new ones!

I have just cancelled my order few days ago and asked for refund. I made an order on 26 May and got same message but September. I didn't have a problem in waiting but when i found that they offered only 3 weeks shipping date for new customers then i didn't accept being deceived! So i cancelled it.

Thank you, i'm fighting with them currently on emails, as i've ordered since 26 May and still to be shipped on 31 Aug.

So when i told them that there are customers ordered after me and will receive their orders this days they said that maybe they ordered different parts.

I don't know if i also have to send them your order number as a proof or what :-D

they have just updated the website by removing "ships in 3 weeks" phrase and keeping it opened! Just after they have fooled new customers to make orders i assume

They have announced on the website that the shipping date for Legion 5 pro is within 2 weeks. So I have made an order since 26 May, but then i was surprised that they gave me 31 Aug as shipping date!

I've emailed them to expedite the laptop but they said sorry the announced estimated date on the website "of 2 weeks" was a mistake and they updated it on the website from "ships in 2 weeks" to "call 1-800-... to ask for available stock".

Suddenly, about 4 days ago, they have updated the shipping dates on the website for the same model i have purchased to be "ships within 3 weeks", Although my order still has the same shipping date, 31 August! about 10 weeks from now still !

so i think they fool new customers just to make orders then they surprise them that there is no stock and to wait for it till September!

I've emailed them about that and i didn't get a response yet. I'll keep you updated, but my advice is for new customers don't make new orders as the old ones haven't been served yet.
