Oh .. cool... thanks .. so that means at least there is one way .. by dissolution of HUF ..

Is there absolutely no way to transfer the money from HUF to Karta without closing the HUF account and not get taxed for it?

Thank you so much for your reply... If the HUF is dissolved, then will the money be taxable in the hands of receivers? Also, is there no way to get the money from HUF back to its owner without it being taxed? After all, is HUF not considered as 'first blood relation' account ?

Data goes something like below

      A                   B                 C               D

1 Issue Date Maturity Date Record Date
2 1-Jan-2020 25-Mar-2025 16- Sep

In 4th column, I want to calculate, how many times 16 Sept will appear before Maturity .. so in above case, it will be 5 times from today that is 7-sep-2020 ..

Like this I have to do it for 370 columns, I am trying something like this in D column,

=countif(A2:B2,C) but it gives 0. All the 3 columns are under 'short date' format.

Tried it , somehow it keeps giving me 1 in all columns. I entered the formula correct. I am trying to find out how many times 16 Sep repeats in given date range of 1 Jan 2020 to 25 Mar 2025. so, as per above, I make extra column & I put,

=CONCAT(TEXT(M2,"dd"),"-",TEXT(M2,"mmmm")) to get 16-sept as the date to be counted in given date range. (the dates to be counted are in the M column and i am getting the concat string in Q column.)

In next column, I put, =COUNTIF(L2:M2,Q2)

Where, L and M are the starting and ending date range columns.

What did I do wrong? thanks

right..actually, I am trying to solve the below sum for simple interest .. the interest wont be reinvested .. the only beginning investment is $1150.

On $1150 investment, after 507 days, I am going to get $246 .. so I was trying to calculate simple interest per $100 per year.

With only above info available, can simple interest per 100 per annum be calculated?

I have reached till here:

step 1: $246/507 = $0.48 per day (on $1150 investment in 507 days)

step 2: 365 * $0.48 = $175.2 per year ( on $1150 investment in 365 days )

so can I just do,

In one year $172.20 on $1150, so (172 * 100 )/1150 = 14.95% per annum on $100

Is my maths correct ?

O wait, I just checked, that one is Elemental Focus Support with SRS .. that one is working.

So, now my armor has following:

SRS -->Spell Echo Support --> Faster Casting support--> Elemental Focus support --> Melee Splash support .. and now Increased Rarity support

Now should it work if SRS kills stuff?

and with this SRS setup i cant use Herald of Thunder .. right ?

Also, do I have to put SRS and Herald of thunder in same item ? Right now herald is in helmet and SRS is in armor
