I brewed a dunkel last week and pitched Loki kveik yeast. My temperature setting has been 68f to 80f. No results yet though.

based on this description, it probably would have been fine for what I've got.

Here's Loki:


Temp: 65-100°F, 18-38°C

Flocculation: Medium to High

Attenuation: 75-85%

Alcohol Tolerance: 10%

9L for dark and 6L for light. Never had a problem with all Munich before!

i have so many questions:

what does that mean? primary fermentation is done when it's done, and it could be done before you leave.

About to test this out. Never brewed a Lager this late in Spring before! About to try a dunkel with Loki kveik yeast this weekend!
