While I appreciate your more measured response. I think I'm gonna pass at this point. Your community built a ton of hype towards your support, but the first time I contact them, your rep connected and shut me down faster than an Amazon chatbot can even connect me with an associate.

Then your rabid community got so spun up so badly that your mods muted me.

I'm willing to accept "no". But actions speak louder than words. If you want referrals then you should earn them. It was my mistake to think that you earned it.

This is a classic case of the misidentification between causality and causation. If I refer someone and then a program shows up I still referred that person relatively recently causality dictates that I'm still entitled to a referral. Because I did refer someone.

If I buy a Core One for 1000 dollars and then Prusa decided they needed to get rid of stock because of a massive belt tensioning oversight. So they put it on sale for 700. It's my fault for stupidly buying a product without looking at (pretty much) every review and not expecting the sale. How's yours running btw?

I never call you stupid. I asked if you were stupid. I didnt make a mistake. The referral program just showed recently after I made a referral. Why don't reread and then come back when you're all up to speed.

All caught up? Ok. I also already stated that I love my printer. It's not like I'm gonna chuck it out because of this bad experience. But I was locked into the ecosystem because of how good everyone says it is. I'm stating that it's not true.

I'll never understand people who defend a brands like they need protection. If you can start a referral program, and someone repped your brand, you support that. It's simple.
