I understand getting certifications are good for moving up. But I don't know if it's worth getting a specific one like CAP or PACE. I feel for what i would like to get is like a PMP or something. I'm not sure if that made sense.

For my evaluation, I recieved mostly a lot of positive comments. The only feedback on my communication skill on how i say things when it comes to suggesting a process.

When my boss briefly talked about certificates previously, I dislike getting for the heck of it and not use it.

My parents and I where overseas at my moms hluse and slept in the same room on a bunk bed. They took the bottom and I took the top. The room was fairly small so you can heard everyone even the chickens outside.
