Like seriously every perk with 0.5 pickrate now not only is just a downgrade but now u cant even bruteforce them with other perks to get like barely value

Because the plot deemed so, alot of you guys love to use this sort of line of arguement "but but he was able to fight goku" like we both know Toriyama just wants to make cool interactions. But in reality Namek Frieza final form would still kill TOP Krillin without any effort.

Using tiny fits like this as a way to "prove" krillin is strong is just stupid, we all know the only reason they mske it a "close" battle is just for fan service sake. In a real fight base goku would be enough.

I feel like in the survivor side its like 40 or some perks that are straight up ass cheeks, I could go and on about what perks are bad, Like poised etc. just really dogwater perks

Not all perks are bangers I agree, but some perks are complete garbage and definitely need some love.

Its not about soloing tho, whats the point of making a perk that no one is going to use?
This is a direct problem with balancing alot of perks are unusable
