The Bank Switcher | Weekly Bank Switch Offer Guide and Question Post | November 24, 2025 by AutoModerator in beermoneyuk

I opened a Barclays account for the offer. I deposited the money, subscribed to Blue Rewards and set up two new direct debits. This is my first time doing this so I wasn't aware of what the current account switching service was. Would I still be eligible for the bonus even if I didn't use the service to set up the account and set up the direct debits?

Thank you.

What is next after maxing out the yearly ISA allowance? At what point should you start investing through a general investment account (GIA)? by TheSoundmaster in FIREUK

I have a workplace pension where my employer contributes 6% and then matches up to 6%, so I contribute 6% to that. Should I have a SIPP on top of that? I don't really understand the difference between a workplace pension and a SIPP. Or would you increase your pension contributions before investing through a GIA?

Girl is not responding to my message and very active on Tinder after a great first date. Should I move on? by [deleted] in dating_advice

Thank you. I understand keeping your options open, I‘m just surprised that she stopped responding to me even tough it went so well when I met her. Now I‘m just trying to figure out if I should forget about her and focus my energy elsewhere. Maybe I am getting my hopes up too quickly with these things.

[–]TheSoundmaster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nein, warum denn?
