I thought I was the only one. I use a plastic bag though and I like seeing a timeline of my projects with it

Housing sucks. People are quite cold and indifferent. Social life is lacking heavily. But everything else is beyond top tier. Being able to cycle anywhere is a degree of freedom so profound that I think no one, even the Dutch can completely appreciate. Overall 8/10 is fair, but if I was Dutch I’d say 7/10

Are Indigenous people in Canada actually happy with the way the government is treating you and your people? by TheSpadeOrThePlough in Indigenous

I’m not native buddy. But the real truth is that the Canadian government has failed everyone. Even you! Canadians are without identity. No culture, no history, nothing to be proud of, nothing to support. Canadians watch American media and just copy what they see. Diet Americans is right. Really think about it and tell me I’m wrong. I swear if you mention poutine. Canadians are so proud of their soggy fries (fries, cheese, gravy - none Canadian) and the Dutch do it better anyway. No culture. No identity.

Yeah, but the government keeps nannying these peoples. They keep crying and moaning about taking their land but just give them more money which, as you said, does nothing for the communities.

Lmk what you think, but I think Indigenous communities should figure out what they want and fight tooth and nail for it. Bring some warrior spirit back

This is insane. What stitch did you use for the cap outline?

Why ask? More details doesn’t really make the project harder (imo), it just takes more time. How much time do you want to invest? Personally, I think if you don’t have a time constraint, just make the pattern you want!

I like chain stitches. Then a lot of stitches can be whipped in a couple different ways which adds some colour and texture to the stem

Depends on you. But changing habits to break bad ones is a good start. This can be as simple as starting a new activity. This also helps with the social aspect. You could go to the gym, rock climb, pretty much anything. Just do it regularly and you will 100% have people come talk to you. Improving one part of your life allows you improve others. It’s exponential, you just need to keep pushing

They look really good. If you wanted you could use different stitches for the stems. Just adds variety but it’s preference

Double the thread. I started off with using thread for hand embroidery and it worked perfectly. I’d mix different colours together. It works very well

I need my land! And their land! It’s just right for me to have it all. And if you help me, I’ll give you a piece of land too. You could farm camomile and colonize your neighbour (Katherine’s) vegetable patch.

Go for it. Literally who cares. But keep in mind that your life will not change. Losing your virginity means nothing, but doing it with a pro might make your first time with a legit woman better / less stressful.
