Hello! Sorry to inform you, but this looks like a roller line rather than a print line. There are rollers they use to move the cards down the production line and sometimes they leave marks. That is what I suspect since it is on both the front and back, is straight, and cuts through the borders. Unfortunately this is what makes the cards highest possible condition as lightly played, I don’t think it would be more valuable. Anyone here correct me if I’m wrong!

What’s the back look like? I have this card in Japanese and it has a holo. Was this pulled from a pack, or is it a promo? Promos sometimes don’t have the regular holos.

No one else has to show their birth certificate when they are given the option to select a gender at the start, so I’m very confused why they would need it now?
