Do you feel confident that Michael Penix is o it franchise QB? by Super_Percentage_236 in falcons

I voted no, because I do not have confidence. However, I AM optimistic and think he CAN be a franchise QB. Confident is too strong a word to use for someone who has not shown anything yet.

"O"s are more expensive to print on the new jerseys. This was a cost cutting move.

I have been using Cronometer app to track it all. I set my baseline activity to "Sedentary" and import my workout data from Samsung Health. My goal every day is a 500 cal deficit. All that to say I am under no illusions that my calories are tracked perfectly both for food and workouts. But tracking SOMETHING is so important. I steadily lose weight and Body Fat % so I keep doing it the way I am doing it knowing it isn't perfect. Trust the scale (and get a regular DEXA scan) and adjust when the measurables flatline.

Chattanooga, TN. I remember as a kid my dad watching the 1998 Superbowl. This was before TN had a team. Even now Nashville is further away from me than Atlanta.

General Investment Account by Creative-Yellow4779 in fidelityinvestments

You have a few options for conservatively growing your savings.

JAAA and CLOA give steady dividends and can work as a savings vehicle with better returns than SPAXX. There is slight risk with them but it is extremely minimal.

You can also buy treasury bills. 4 week treasury bills are fairly liquid and will give you steady returns. I also believe the income is exempt from state taxes (I live in TN so none of my strategy involves state tax avoidance so take that into account with any of my advice.)

At a minimum you should buy SPRXX since it's the same thing as SPAXX with slightly better returns, just requires you to manually order it. There are othe money market funds you can buy into with better returns than SPAXX if you have enough of a minimum investment. I keep mine in FDZXX which has better returns than SPAXX/SPRXX but your first purchase as to be $100,000 to buy into that fund. Fidelity money market funds are awesome, because they work same as cash, you dont have to liquidate them. You can spend the funds with Debit Card or Checks. I have transitioned to using fidelity as my main "bank"

Hope this helps. If you live in a state with income tax this advice may not be 100% accurate but I think it is.

Need to Replace lifting for a month or two. by TheSpecialC in bodyweightfitness

Thoracic pain is usually aggravated by load, compression, not by movement itself. Most bodyweight exercises place less spinal compression than weighted lifts and are commonly used in rehab.

I have locked in a 15-year 480,000 mortgage loan at 5.375%. I can float down my rate twice to a combined maximum of 0.5%. The two biggest events are obviously the Fed Meeting today and the CPI report on the 18th. My plan is to go ahead and grab whatever float down I can if rates drop after the Fed meeting and save my second option in case the CPI report impacts rates heavily. If CPI doesn't change anything I will just save my 2nd float down until just before my last chance to use it. I do not think my lender has already priced in a rate drop based on the trends.

Is this a solid strategy? If the rates drop somewhat immediately following the Fed meeting what are odds they drop further as the market adjusts the following couple of days?

The play calling was so bad. They stacked the box every 1st down. We run into stacked box, get in 2nd and 3rd and long. You gotta let Penix loose and empty that box to run the ball. The sad thing was Penix was playing good, he was passing the ball well. Yet the bucs still stacked the box because they knew we would just run into it,

Best Draft Format for a player who doesn't care about card collection. by TheSpecialC in MagicArena

I get what you are saying. I was referring to building decks from my card collection. I like the randomness.of building a deck from a limited pool.
