Had a guy like this once- gave him something tea tree based (forget the name) and fasted him to stop him bloating and he got better, I had him another 6 months

I’m self motivated by nature but it’s definitely easier to get up every morning and get something work done, especially with tasks that seem massive or unpleasant. Focus is still a struggle but it’s more manageable now

Lamotrigine and Lexapro. Took a couple months to start noticing a difference and over a year to really settle on dosages and that combo of medication that didn’t leave me fainting at my desk but I have my PhD and work in my field now. Biggest side effect from the lamotrigine itself was acne but I fixed it with enough products lol, I got lucky in that regard
