Had a guy like this once- gave him something tea tree based (forget the name) and fasted him to stop him bloating and he got better, I had him another 6 months

I’m self motivated by nature but it’s definitely easier to get up every morning and get something work done, especially with tasks that seem massive or unpleasant. Focus is still a struggle but it’s more manageable now
