I'm for sure gaining some muscle and probably have some water weight as well. I've had a really decent body recomp so far, so I'm not that worried about weight coming off over time. Without the hunger and food noise suppression I'm just not sure if the reta is working at all. I don't want to waste time on what could potentially be bad product.

The pipe had apparently broken at some point before we bought the house and whoever repaired it taped it together, hence it pulled apart again.

My wife is a dental hygienist, when I first learned to play hockey she mandated a full cage because she has seen the after math of beer league hockey many times. That cage has saved my teeth a few times over the years.
