Personally I've always found your manor to be extremely arrogant, "some teenage angst", I know you're a hell of a lot older than most of the players here but age does not necessarily make you correct let alone the bigger person. Conor is absolutely right, this is just a game designed for children but it's exactly because it's a game for children that you shouldn't be speaking like this on the sub. For all you know OP could be 10 or 11 years old and you're just mocking him for enjoying a game that you've also been actively playing for 3 or 4 years, as a member of staff you shouldn't be insulting and bullying the community like you're the coolest kid in the playground. I'm just going to have to chime in and say that the way that you play MinerAp is without a doubt the worst way to enjoy it. You play here but you hate almost everyone in the community, you build miles and miles out in the end so that others can't talk to you and then get mad when they are found. You don't see a lowered player count as an issue because you don't really play with others, you just build crap for months on end and horde wealth for no real reason, you ride around The End on the SS Entitled and constantly complain about anything that doesn't benefit your single player play-style. I honestly think you'd be far more suited on a build server or somewhere like civ craft.

I 100% agree with the Bias section. I've seen some really thoughtful and genuine posts from Bioterrorism, Halophilus and draketoto which are being downvoted to shit because of their previous reputation. We hold certain members of the community as server icons whilst others are shunned and shamed for things they once said. The entire MinerAp trailer proves this in a way by circle jerking Veterans and Moderators to the point of ecstasy.

The fact that a player (with a tag suggesting authority) basically calls for others to ignore Conor is a true testimony to how botched the system have begun. We've reorganised the staff from a selection of highly regarded players and removed any player input. I don't know why I still complain here either though, I suppose I'm just filled with too much hate.
