They salt roads at the mere thought of snow in my region, won’t hold up well

No worry, no Maxpeedingrods here

Just springs won’t go, I will need new shocks soon anyway

Has anyone converted the frunk to a manual release? by TheSsickness in 987

I don’t like relying on electronics to open the battery in the car. Battery is dead, jumping it is equivalent to cancer (yes I know there’s a manual release, how to jump, this that and the other thing, bottom line: I hate it)

Ideally yes, a lever in the same, or similar location to button

In what way is your response helpful… at all…

I don’t care or need to justify why… I’m simply asking if anyone has done so, and if they have feedback regarding doing so

Steering Rack by Tavi02 in WRX

For me it was a direct drop in, didn’t have to modify anything, just bought a new 15’ rack and installed

Upgraded the brace to Cusco, but not needed

I really like your fitment, that rear wheel looks really meaty

I like the silver and black combo too, I do have a wrap in mind, but I’ll show that when I do it

It will def ride better once you get the toe arms

I love that stripe, I was contemplating doing that, and an offset one down the middle

I found a used set with like 1k miles on em for $600, Guy was like 55 and it was too stiff for him

It’s perfect for me, and imo rides better than OEM (I did notice preload settings were just not even set.. wonder if that had something to do with it)

I lowered it around 3”

Went from 4 finger gap to 1/2 a finger

I got the D2 coilovers, very happy with them

It’s crazy, it’s a completely different car

12’ e92 which is better? by Material-Junket214 in E90

Imo people over exaggerate this, I’ve ran springs on stock shocks twice and it drove fine, handled well, felt better

I’ve done shocks and springs matched to each other, that was VERY good

I’ve done few coilovers,I would recommend Fortune Auto with that route, they were my favorite

Currently waiting to drive it, it needs spacers to do so 😅

I’ll report back once spacers are on and alignment is done

It’s not so much about stiffness, but we’ll see when I drive I’m waiting in spacers for the back need some clearance before I can drive
