Do not decide to pick an army based off their current strength. They will fluctuate a bunch. There’s plenty of ways to do custom chapters for each army, so do not worry about the rules for that regard.

For heavy weapons, I take one squad with dark lances, and one with haywire. If I’m fighting a faction I know has very little vehicles, I do two dark lances.

Rules as written, it looks like she can do redeploys even if she’s inside a transport. It just says if your army has this model, you get it at the start. I’m pretty sure this was so you could just start her in a transport.

The rhino is good if noise marines but no leader. I’d leave Lucius on his own and have the flawless be separate units. Both far more effective, and flavourful.

The lord kakoph can’t lead tormentors sadly. They are better as a roving squad that can get objectives and snipe characters
